Improving Employee Relations at First Digital

"Some of guys at First Digital just wanted to let you know that we had a blast at the Jazz vs Clippers game. We are die hard Jazz fans and are crushed when they lose. However, even though they lost the game, it was probably the most fun any of us have ever had at a Jazz game. Purchasing those tickets was a great investment. We are definitely going to do this again in the near future, and would recommend this experience to others. We can’t wait to do the picnic in the park once the Bees season starts; we have heard the most amazing things about it. One of our business partners took his employees to a picnic in the park last year. He said ever since they had the picnic in the park, the office environment has changed. Things are running more smoothly, things are getting completed faster, less mistakes are being made, and the camaraderie has been blissful. He believes this change for the better has happened over time, but that spending the time at the picnic in the park outside of work in such an intimate fashion with employees and their families was definitely the start of it. He mentioned to us that he is going to sign up for it again, and has talked us into doing it as well. If we can improve our company in even the slightest amount that our friend and business partners company has changed, we are going to make a lot more money with that kind of production. For those of you who don't know, the Salt Lake Bees Picnic in the Ballpark is a service we provide where groups can come out and enjoy a Triple-A Baseball game while All-Star Catering Services caters a meal out for the group.
